I am excited to join you on your journey as your personal Life Coach. As a License Social Worker, I have been practicing for over twenty years, strengthening the lives of youth and young adults, using social-emotional learning skills and mindfulness techniques. 

 

As a Master Life Coach, I enjoy listening to the youth tell their stories as I identify areas where I can assist them with transforming their lives. I am purposeful when developing strategies to encourage them to reboot their old way of thinking. They will develop FAITH in themselves and be CONFIDENT in what they want as I incite and stir up their gifts to unlock their full potential for personal success. Parents will notice a change in their child's communication style, problem-solving skills, and overall outlook on their future.
